BRIOSE CU CREMA DE MASCARPONE

INGREDIENTE :

-160 gr zahar

-115 gr unt

-2 oua

-180 gr faina

-75 ml lapte batut sau kefir

-2 lgt praf de copt

-un praf de sare

-vanilie

 

FROSTING :

-250 gr mascarpone

-50 gr fructe de padure

-3 lg zahar

-100 gr frisca batuta

 

Untul la temperatura camerei se freaca cu zaharul ,se adauga pe rand ouale si vanilia

faina se amesteca cu praful de copt si sarea

peste compozitia de unt se adauga faina iar la sfarsit laptele batut

briosele se coc la 180 gr 15-20 min

pentru frosting se pun fructele de padure pe foc cu zaharul si 2 linguri de apa si se fierb 3-5 min ,apoi se paseaza si se lasa la racit si se amesteca cu mascarpone si frisca batuta .
