anul acesta am improvizat reteta de pasca , al folosit aluatul de la tarta de mere si umplutura din :

-3-4 oua

-500 gr branza de vaci

-5  lg zahar

-stafide

-esente ,coaja portocala

– 2 lg gris

galbenusurile se freaca cu branza,esentele ,coaja de portocala ,stafidele si grisul

albusurile se bat spuma cu zaharul ,formandu-se o bezea

peste galbenusuri se adauga albusurile incorporandule pale-pale
