Un tort facut in avampremiera sarbatorii Sf Maria din 8 Septembrie ; blat cacao ,crema de vanilie,zmeura ,crema de caise,glazura de ciocolata,reteta aici

crema de caise :

-250 gr caise

-3-4 lg zahar

– 1 ciocolata alba

-250 gr frisca batuta

– 2 iaurturi mici de fructe padure

-1 gelatina

caisele se pun pe foc cu zaharul cateva minute ,se lasa sa se raceasca si se adauga ciocolata topita la baie de abur ; frisca se amesteca cu iaurturile si apoi cu compozitia de fructe,apoi se adauga gelatina hidratata in apa rece.
