PASCA FARA ALUAT DE COZONAC

Stiu ca traditional ,pasca are ca si baza aluat de cozonac ,dar noi in familie preferam pasca fara aluat,vrem sa savuram cozonacul simplu ,fara compozitia de branza;

ingrediente :

-750 gr branza vaci

-5 oua

-150 gr smantana grasa

-100 gr unt

-4 lg faina

-1 plic budinca vanilie

-150 gr zahar

-coaja de portocala ,zahar vanilat

-1 plic praf de copt

-100 gr stafide

untul se freaca spuma cu zaharul,se adauga galbenusurile,faina,praful de copt  si praful de budinca ;

smantana se amesteca cu branza de vaci,esentele , stafidele si se adauga la compozitia de galbenusuri ; albusurile se bat spuma si se adauga ,apoi se rastoarna amestecul in tava unsa cu ulei si tapetata cu hartie de copt ( eu am folosit tavi de unica folosinta );se introduce tava la cuptor la 180 gr,aprox 50-60 min .
