TORT DE CIOCOLATA

blat de ciocolata,crema ganache de ciocolata amaruie+lapte,ciocolata alba si mouse de fistic.

mouse de fistic :

3 oua+100 gr zahar+250 ml lapte se fierb pana se ingroasa,se ia de pe foc si se adauga 4-5 linguri fistic macinat grosier;cand crema este rece se amesteca cu 250 ml frisca batuta si 1 plic gelatina hidratata in 30 ml apa.

    Sectiunea aia ma trimite sa fac neaparat ceva dulce ciocolatos.
