PAINE INTERGRALA CU TARATE

inca o reteta de paine gustoasa si sanatoasa;ma bucur ca in sfarsit a inceput si pitica familiei sa consume paine neagra.

ingrediente :

-700 gr faina integrala

-150 gr faina alba

-20 gr drojdie

-600 ml apa

-1 lgt sare

-1 lgt zahar

-2 lg ulei masline

aluatul l-am facut la Mp ,dar daca doriti sa-l framantati manual,in primul rand se pune drojdia,zaharul si putina apa  la dospit.

cele 2 tipuri de faina se amesteca,se pun intr-un castron in mijlocul ei adaugandu-se drojdia; cand aceasta face basicute,se adauga apa si uleiul ,sarea si se incepe framantatul ;se lasa la dospit 60 min ,apoi se da forma rotunda si se aseaza in forma de copt ;se mai lasa la dospit 30 min si se introduce la cuptor la 200 gr 30 min .
