PRAJITURA CU CREMA DE SMANTANA SI NUCI

ingrediente foi :

-15 lg zahar

-15 lg suc de rosii

-15 lg ulei

-1 lgt amoniac stins

-faina cat cuprinde

se amesteca toate ingredientele pana se formeaza o coca , apoi se imparte in 3 si se coc 3 foi pe dosul tavii.

CREMA :

-500 gr smantana de 20 % grasime

-350 gr nuca prajita si macinata

-200 gr zahar

-esente ,zahar vanilat

Smantana se bate cu mixerul ,pana devine ca o frisca ,se amesteca  cu zaharul , apoi se adauga nuca macinata si esentele

se aseaza prima foaie, apoi crema , foaie , crema, foaie si deasupra se termina cu crema.

se tine la rece pana  a 2 zi cand se taie.
